Brenau Life Enrichment and Wellness Cooperative

The Brenau Life Enrichment and Wellness Cooperative, located in the Brenau Downtown Center, is your place to find new ways to improve your quality of life, whether through fitness training or other wellness activities. The co-op is not only open to Brenau faculty, students and staff, but anyone in the community. All of the low-cost wellness classes are led either by faculty or doctoral students in the university’s physical therapy program.

Our mission 

The mission of the Life Enrichment and Wellness Cooperative is to partner with and serve our community, and to positively contribute to the wellness and health promotion of its population. We do this through providing access to evidence-based health solutions to stimulate optimal behaviors and patterns, which results in exceptional health.

Find an activity that fits your goals 

The co-op offers a fully-equipped fitness center and unlimited access to group classes. The membership fee is $10 a month, and no contract is required. For updated information about upcoming fitness classes and other wellness activities, visit the co-op’s Facebook page.
