Dr. Jennifer “Jenny” Busbee Hunt earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Rhodes College in Memphis in 1989 and a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1993. After many years working in outpatient orthopedics, Dr. Hunt began narrowing her focus in pelvic health physical therapy and founded Provenance Rehabilitation in Alpharetta, Georgia in 2010. In addition to her practice, Dr. Hunt has served as a guest lecturer at various physical therapy programs since 2012, and she earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia University in 2015.

Dr. Hunt joined Brenau in January 2024 as an adjunct faculty member and clinical instructor in the Early Mobility Program at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She joined the faculty as an assistant professor of physical therapy in August 2024. Though she enjoys all aspects of physical therapy, her main areas of interest include various types of pelvic floor dysfunction and pregnancy/postpartum physical therapy.
